The short version
- Every plan is a 24-month commitment. After month 24 you continue month to month at $127/month, and you can cancel anytime from then on.
- Your site assets become fully yours once your 24-month plan is complete.
- Leaving early means the rest of your 24 payments is still due.
- Full refund before your interview. No refunds once the build has started.
- We build your site the way Google and AI read best, but no one can promise rankings, leads or income.
This summary is for convenience. The full terms below are what apply.
1. Who we are
These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], doing business as Your Dream Client Studio and the Client Cashflow Suite (“we,” “us,” “our”). By checking the terms box at checkout, signing your client agreement, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you can accept these Terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy our services.
2. What you get
The Client Cashflow Suite includes two parts:
- The Dream Site: a custom smart website designed around you and your dream client, built from your onboarding interview, set up for mobile and desktop, and set up for search engines (SEO) and AI answers (AEO).
- The Executive Suite: your all-in-one back office (contacts, calendar and booking, email and follow-up) on our software platform, for as long as your subscription is active.
The exact items in your plan are the ones listed on the checkout page or your client agreement at the time you buy. Optional upgrades (such as the Spotlight or the Academy) have their own price and terms, shown when you buy them.
A personalized connection call to set up your accounts is included on every plan.
3. Plans and payments
| Plan | Today | Months 1–24 | After month 24 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay today | $2,000 for the build | $127/month | $127/month, cancel anytime |
| Monthly | $0 for the build | $229/month (build + Executive Suite) | $127/month, cancel anytime |
- Payments are charged automatically to the card or account you give us, on the same day each month as your first payment.
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are added where required.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we’ll let you know and retry. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause your website and Executive Suite until your account is current. Pausing does not end your commitment.
- Keep your payment details up to date. You can ask us for a payment link anytime.
4. The 24-month commitment
Both plans are a 24-month commitment. That’s how the build fits into a monthly price with nothing (or less) paid up front.
- Leaving early: you can stop your service before month 24, but the remaining payments for the rest of your 24 months are still due. We may charge them as they come due or as one final payment, as agreed with you.
- After month 24: your plan continues month to month at $127/month for the Executive Suite and hosting. You can cancel anytime with notice before your next billing date.
- How to cancel: email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you’ve paid for.
- If we end your service because you broke these Terms (for example, unpaid balances or prohibited use), the remaining payments for your 24 months are still due.
5. Owning your site
Once every payment for your 24-month plan is complete (or you pay the remaining balance early), the site assets we made for you are yours: your website copy and pages, your photos, logo and brand colors, and the content written from your interview. On request, we’ll send you a copy of your website files and content.
- Before then, you have a license to use everything we build for you while your plan is active and paid.
- Your own material is always yours. Photos, logos, testimonials and text you give us stay yours, and you give us permission to use them to build and run your site.
- Hosting and software run on our platform. Your site stays live on it while your subscription is active. If you cancel, the site comes down from our platform, and you can host the files you received elsewhere.
- Your contacts are yours. You can export your contact list from the Executive Suite at any time while your account is active.
- Your web address (domain) belongs to whoever registered it. If you registered it, it is yours, and you can point it anywhere you like.
6. Refunds
- Before your onboarding interview: full refund of what you paid. Just email us.
- Once your build has started (your interview is done or we’ve begun work on your site): no refunds, because the work is custom to you.
- Monthly payments already charged are not refunded for partial months.
- If something isn’t right with your build, tell us. We’ll work with you to fix it.
7. The build and your part
We build from what you tell us, so your part matters:
- Complete your onboarding interview and send the photos, logo and details we ask for.
- Give accurate information. You are responsible for what your site says about your business, including any claims about your products or services.
- Review your site when we send it and reply with changes in one list. Your plan includes a reasonable round of revisions. Big changes in direction after approval may be quoted separately.
- Connect or give us access to the accounts needed (domain, social, calendar) during your connection call.
Any timeline we share is our target and depends on you sending what we need. Delays in getting your information may push the date back.
8. Results, SEO and AEO
We set up every Dream Site the way search engines and AI helpers read best: clear words about who you help and where, fast mobile pages, answers to common questions, and the behind-the-scenes details (schema) that describe your business.
No one can promise you a specific ranking on Google, a mention in an AI answer, or a number of leads, clients or income. Search engines and AI tools decide what they show, and they change often. Your results depend on your market, your offer, your effort and many other things outside our control. Any examples we show are examples, not promises.
Our services are marketing services. Nothing we create is medical, legal, financial or tax advice.
9. Platforms we use
Your site and Executive Suite run on third-party software and connect to services like Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), payment processors, email and text providers and domain registrars. Those services have their own terms and can change features, pricing or rules. We’re not responsible for their outages, approvals or decisions (for example, an ad account review or a text-messaging registration), but we’ll help you work through them.
10. Texts and emails
By signing up, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and text about your account, your build and our services. For texts: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
If you use the Executive Suite to send texts or emails to your own contacts, you are responsible for having their permission and following the laws that apply (such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA) and carrier rules.
11. Designs and content
Our site designs, templates, layouts, code, processes and software are ours (or our licensors’). The specific website we build for you, filled with your content, becomes yours as described in section 5. You may not resell or reuse our templates or designs to build sites for others.
12. Showing your work
We’re proud of what we build. We will ask your permission before showing your site, name or results in our portfolio, ads or website, and you can say no.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, including false health or income claims, spam, content you don’t have the rights to, or anything that breaks the rules of the platforms involved. We may pause or end service for serious or repeated violations.
14. Limits of liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data or lost business), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to cover us for claims that come from the content you provide, the claims you make about your business, or how you use the Executive Suite to contact people.
15. Disputes and governing law
If there’s a problem, please contact us first. Most things can be solved with a conversation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms, your checkout page and your client agreement are the whole agreement between us. If your signed client agreement says something different, the client agreement wins.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t change the price or length of a plan you’ve already bought.
